Masterkey Rentals was founded in 2023 in response to a clear market need: to provide property owners with a comprehensive, hassle-free solution to enter the short-term rental market.

Since the very first client who placed their trust in us, we have built a management model focused on covering every stage of the process — from property setup to daily operations, revenue optimization, and maintenance. Today, we operate across multiple cities in Argentina, supporting owners who seek profitability without the burden of day-to-day management.

While the company itself is relatively new, our expertise is not. Our team is made up of professionals with decades of experience in hospitality, tourism, real estate, and operations. This combination allows us to work with high professional standards, understanding both the guest experience and the investor’s perspective.

Our Team

Luis – Co-Founder

With over 20 years of experience in hospitality and tourism, Luis worked as a hotel manager until 2025, when he decided to fully dedicate himself to Masterkey Rentals. Based in Buenos Aires, he leads the city’s operations and oversees the company’s financial management. Fluent in Spanish, English, and Portuguese.

Marcio – Co-Founder

Con una trayectoria que combina hotelería, emprendimientos y viajes, Marcio lleva más de una década involucrado en el sector turístico, incluyendo la gestión de su propio hostel. Ha vivido en Brasil, España y Francia. Actualmente reside en Mar del Plata, donde coordina la gestión operativa de la empresa. Habla español, inglés, y portugués con fluidez .

Laura – architect responsible

Laura is an architect responsible for preparing and launching new properties at Masterkey Rentals. She oversees the entire setup process, from initial assessment and space optimization to design, furnishing, and final staging. Her work ensures that each unit is not only visually appealing but also fully functional and aligned with market standards, allowing every property to enter the market ready to perform from day one.

Julián – Photographer & Visual Content

A professional photographer responsible for the visual production of each property. He creates high-quality images for platforms such as Airbnb and Booking, as well as content for properties listed for sale. He also develops virtual tours, which are especially valuable for longer stays and international clients.

Micaela – Coordinadora de Reservas

Micaela se encarga de las reservas en Masterkey Rentals. Gestiona las consultas que llegan a través de nuestra página web, así como las de los clientes habituales, administrando el proceso de reserva y coordinando internamente para el seguimiento operativo de cada reserva. Su enfoque organizado y eficiente garantiza un primer contacto fluido, ayudando a convertir las consultas en reservas confirmadas y manteniendo una experiencia impecable desde el primer contacto.

Nerina – Guest Experience & Operations

Responsible for operational coordination in the northern area of Buenos Aires. She manages check-ins, cleaning, and maintenance of the units. Her background in interior design adds additional value to the presentation and setup of each property. Fluent in Spanish, English, and French.

Amado – Guest Experience & Maintenance (Buenos Aires – Recoleta)

In charge of direct guest interaction and coordinating maintenance tasks. His role is key to ensuring each unit operates smoothly and that guests have a seamless experience. Fluent in Spanish and English.

Verónica – Guest Experience & Operations (Buenos Aires – Downtown)

Responsible for operations in the city center. She oversees property care, coordinates cleaning services, and manages key handovers, ensuring consistency in service and attention to detail.

Nicolás – Guest Experience & Operations (Córdoba)

Responsible for overseeing operations in Córdoba, including guest coordination, property supervision, and service management. He ensures that each unit maintains consistent standards while delivering a smooth and reliable experience for both guests and owners.

Pablo – Guest Experience & Operations (Bariloche)

In charge of operations in Bariloche, coordinating guest interactions, property maintenance, and day-to-day logistics. His role is focused on maintaining high service standards while adapting to the specific dynamics of a seasonal destination.

Ignacio– Realt States Specialist

Specializing in property sales and acquisitions, Ignacio brings a strategic perspective for owners looking to maximize the value of their assets. He enables a combined approach where properties can remain active in the short-term rental market while being offered for sale, generating income throughout the process.
